Who we are…

Celadon DP, LLC (doing business as “Celadon”) is headquartered in Savannah, Georgia. Celadon converts wastepaper streams into virgin fiber alternatives (recycled pulp) using a dry process at its two plants in Savannah, Georgia (opened January 2022) and Pasadena, Texas - Port of Houston (opened March 2024). And, in the future, a proprietary wet process.

Celadon aims to provide paper manufacturers and other pulp users with a lower-cost and more environmentally friendly alternative to virgin pulp.  Celadon sells dry process pulp to companies that make packaging, tissue/toweling, building products, and consumer products in more than 23 countries.

Due to Celadon’s unique approach, we believe we have a sustainable advantage over other pulp sources. We have assembled a strong network of team members and organizations with industry expertise to support the use of our product.

We are committed…

…to maximizing the life cycle of each tree and finding the best use of the fiber that has been created, so that it may be used to its fullest potential.
